Waste gas treatment method for spray booth
1. Water spray method + activated carbon adsorption desorption + catalytic combustion

When the activated carbon is fully adsorbed, desorb again to remove the gas after desorption. The fan enters the catalytic combustion device to burn, burns into carbon dioxide and water, and then discharges;
(2) Generally applicable to the organic waste gas concentration between 2000-5000mg/m3, the organic waste gas undergoes low-temperature oxidation and flameless combustion under the action of a catalyst to oxidize the organic components into CO2 and H2O products.

2. Water spray + UV light oxygen waste gas treatment + activated carbon adsorption desorption
The spray tower is used to remove paint mist and water-soluble substances, and then through a dry filter, enter the UV photo-catalytic exhaust gas treatment equipment and then the activated carbon adsorption device. When the activated carbon is fully adsorbed, desorption (desorption method) There are steam desorption, electric heating desorption, nitrogen desorption), the treated waste gas is absorbed and concentrated and then condensed, and the condensate is separated and recovered valuable organic matter. This method is used for waste gas treatment with high concentration, low temperature and small air volume.
